Uncle Al's Fry Mix is a delicious flour, cornmeal based mix to use on Fish, Chicken, Pork Chops, Venison and Game Birds.
Our mix does not contain MSG.
Use the mix to dry coat fish, venison, chicken, pork chops. Make a batter for deep fried vegetables. Use the Mild Cajun to make gravy. It makes a delicious sausage or hamburger gravy for over biscuits or toast.
