Uncle Al's Fin and Fowl Fry Mix

Our mix originated about 25 years ago in South Bend, Indiana. We are a family owned business. We mix and package the  mix ourselves to insure it's freshness. We provide the mix wholesale to stores and restaurants, additionally we sell retail directly to the consumer by over the phone or from our web store.. We now have stores in Indiana, Florida, Michigan, and Wisconsin that sell our mix. We hope to expand our business nationwide.

Recipe Ideas

Pork Chops - Chicken Breast

Pound boneless pork shop or boneless chicken breast about 1/4" thick. Coat with dry MIX. Fry in skillet using either small amount of hot oil or spray skillet with PAM. Fry golden brown on both sides or until meat is done. May also use this recipe for venison chops.

Stir Fry Goose Breast

Goose Breast
Uncle Al's Game Bird or Mild Cajun Mix
Onion
Olive Oil
Red Wine

Cut goose breast in thirds. Thin slice each third for 
stir-frying. Thin slice 1/2 to 1 onion per breast. Heat
olive oil in skillet until hot. Coat the breast with
Uncle Al's Game Bird or Mild Cajun Mix.
Brown the breast in the hot oil. When breast are brown,
add the sliced onion and keep frying until breast
and onion are cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup red wine and cook about one
minute longer, stirring constantly.
Serve over rice or noodles.

May substitute Chicken, Turkey, Dove, Pheasant
Quail or Duck.
